Let Jo help you to rebalance & restore your calm through guided meditation with a deeply soothing and relaxing immersion in gentle sounds and vibrations. 

Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras, Koshi & Zaphir chimes and gentle percussion leading you on a meditation through sound and resonance to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation. Leave feeling rebalanced, serene and resilient. 

Attendees to the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes - what you would wear for a yoga or Pilates class - and bring a camping or yoga mat or a camping chair with neck support, a blanket, a pillow, an eyemask and a bottle of water.

Places are £15 per person per session or £12 for Concessions (NHS, Forces, students or pensioners).
Alternatively, a 5 session pass is available for purchase at £65, Concessions pass £50.
