Happy Facia Feet

We spend so much time on our feet, walking, running,exercising, jumping and dancing but do we look after them?
This lovely workshop will allow you time to rest, relax and release toxins and tension in the feet which can lead to problems with ankles, knees, hips and spine.
You will begin with a lovely foot spa to soothe and soften your feet and detox stagnant lymph.
We will then use some simple tools and techniques to release the tension in the fascia of your feet and ankles
You need to bring a bowl big enough to put your feet in and two hand towels and a pair of warm socks- I will provide everything else
