Breathwork with Charlotte Holmes

�Join us on Saturday 24th May for a breath work session with Charlotte Holmes as she bring ‘Breathe Together’ - the breathwork initiative to encourage calm minds and connected communities - to Torpoint for it’s official UK launch.

The sessions are 45 minutes and there are two time slots to choose from - 10am or 11am (click ‘select different date’ to choose which time you want to attend).

The sessions will be held at Second Hand Sundays, a not-for-profit second hand clothes shop in Torpoint that directly benefits the community

All you need is to bring yourself - let’s gather, breathe and feel better together!

The sessions are ‘pay as you feel’ with a suggested guide price of £10, with all funds going directly to support causes in South East Cornwall
