A former Venture Capitalist, Accenture Partner, Xerox GM, and Citibank VP, Dr. Gordon is the 2018 recipient of the AI Digital Transformation Award, 2017 Sara Kirke EY and CATA CEO Innovation Award, 2017 Startup Canada Entrepreneurship Award Winner, at both Regional (Ontario) and National levels, Top Sales Emerging Software Company, etc. She has also been recently recognized as one of the 30 Most Creative CEO's in North America.

She is also the Canada National Spokesperson for STEM, for CATA, Canada's largest Information Technology Association.
