Your phone will be tucked away as you are guided through a supportive restorative yoga practice and guided meditation with award winner yoga therapist Niya Bajaj. This will move you out of the fight/flight/freeze/please state to rest/digest/tend/befriend.

This practice is accompanied by powerful sound therapy by Crystal Williams so that you can let go of your stresses be taken care of and rest with ease. You’ll also get a powerful passion journal as a gift to take home!
