Welcome to Sweat Squad!!!
Are you ready for a variety of workouts that tone and tighten your body? Ready for high-energy, lean muscle building class? You will combine cardio and resistance training focusing on the legs, booty, core and arms to get your body ready for summer.
Sweat with us safely, with your own equipment while maintaining your distance from other squad members.
Workouts are designed to build muscle and strength using variations of 5 primal movements (Squat, Push, Pull, Hinge etc..). All you need to bring are a towel, water and bands if you have. Each workout is 55 minutes in length.
Some movements are explosive, however, regressions are offered to accommodate trainees of all levels.
Attendees may also bring cash if confirmed with the host via text or website live chat.
Morning locations are at 250 Fort York, under the bridge
Evening locations are for your urban core. Confirm with host the rotaing, secret urban locations around Toronto's downtown core.
Music is LOUD and *hip, sometimes explicit. Not recommended for children.
