# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Supporting Education Workers
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 24 Oct, 2026 at 01:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: All education unions unite! 5 LOCATIONS!

Anyone can go. They ask the register for numbers and free transportation (but you don’t have to).

Ontario’s children are getting fewer supports and resources in schools. Cuts have been nonstop since 2018 and our math and literacy scores keep dropping even with a lowered bar.

Children’s mental health is sinking and it’s affecting Ontario’s communities.

During such difficult times kids need more supports not cuts.

A link is provided for more information but all education unions have links too—just do a quick search.
