this is an invitation to rejoice with the Mother and Father Nature as we dance, sing, breathe, meditate and eat together. 

Mark your calendar for the summer line up:

June 20,1:30 - 3:30 pm - High Park
July 11, 1:30 - 3:30 pm - Withrow Park
August 15, 1:30 - 3:30 pm - High Park
September 12, 1:30 - 3:30 pm - Withrow Park

Please bring something to sit on for meditation.
If you can, bring a bite to share for a picnic afterward.

Here is how you find us in HIGH PARK: subway to High Park station, exit to High Park Ave and walk across Bloor street to the main entrance to High Park. Stay on the left side of the main path / road and after about 200m, you will come to two beautiful boulders. We will be dancing behind them - in front of the Nature School. No cars in High Park unless you have a special permit. 

Here is how you find us in WITHROW PARK

We will create a circle in the shade among trees on the West side of the park at Logan and Hogart Avenues. Closest subways stations are Chester or Pape. It is about 5 minute walk from either of them. If you drive, Logan is one-way North and Carlaw on the other side of the park is one way South.
