SubLunar "Teach Ins" - Bellydancing - First steps W/ Clancy

This workshop is for any person who wants to take their first steps into the fun and fabulous world of Bellydance!
The focus of this workshop will be to find one "step" that feels good in their body and can add to their sweet dance moves. All genders and abilities are welcome.
This workshop will be 1 hour and fifteen minues.
The session will begin with a gentle warm up, followed by learning three basic movements using the legs, hips and shoulders. A relaxing cool down will end the session.
Musical accompaniment will include fusion favorites such as Thievery Corporation and Beats Antique. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and indoor shoes, slippers, socks or bare feet.
Clancy has been bellydancing for 18 years and is a certified dance instructor.
For anyone who has been at a previous class with Clancy, she will work with you on a progression of skills separately within the class.
