And it feels really good.I’m also SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that we will be drumming every Wednesday from 8:30 - 10:30 pm, and will be rotating through a variety of different drumming workshops each month:- HealthRHYTHMS Hand Drum Circles (for stress reduction) on the First Wednesday of each month.- DrumUnity Drum Circles (for fun) every 2 weeks, on the 2nd &amp; 4th Wednesdays.- Frame Drum Workshops on the Third Wednesday of the Month, with 3 different workshops:* Using the frame drum for meditation and divination (Jan. 21st);* Using the frame drum to capture medicine songs (April 15th), and* A Shamanic Drum Circle Ceremony (May 20th).I hope you can join us to sing and drum often in 2026, and be a part of a growing community of wonderful, like-minded, and open-hearted people!? YOUR FACILITATOR:A trilingual rhythmic &amp; sound healer, musician, and founder of Sound Benefits, Rufus brings years of experience in drum circles, sound healing, forest bathing, and sacred singing. His approach helps people reconnect with their natural rhythm, release tension, and awaken harmony — inside and out.DO YOU LIKE TO LEAD HEALING SONGS?I love to collaborate with a variety of my song leading colleagues and friends, so if you're tempted to join us, please let me know!I ask co-facilitators to brings 2 to 3 songs they know well, and also to lead a vocal warmup.
