Join us on Thursday, October 30th as we honor our loved ones and ancestors who have crossed over. Let us gather for a delicious sit down dinner during the season of Samhain, a time when the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead is thin.
Bring a photo or two of those who you wish to join you in this sacred time and space to place them on the Samhain Altar.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served.
You are requested to dress up in your finest Halloween regalia or as the Witchey as you want to.
This dinner will be conducted in the traditions of the old ways, and it will be totally silent during the meal.
Once we are finished dining there will be time to ‘Run Amuk’, with chatter and laughter and a few fun surprises.
Why do we host Silent Suppers?
To allow for spiritual connection, remembrance, and reflection of those who we love have taken their journey home.
The Silent or ‘Dumb’ Supper has ancient Celtic Roots stretching back to 16th Century England.
Whether you believe in literal spirits or not, the silent supper serves as a profound ritual for processing grief, remembering, and creating a sense of deep spiritual connection with those who have passed on.
