Sacred Rest: Honoring The Mothers

As mothers we transform—inside and out. Our capacity to give and nourish expands in ways we never imagined. Our hands our minds and our hearts move faster than ever. But can we slow down? Can we replenish? Can we take a little bit for ourselves?

What does rest look like for you as a mother? How do you receive love and nourishment—and has that changed? Should we feel guilty when we choose to care for ourselves?

Motherhood is a new way of being a rhythm of giving and receiving. In this sacred gathering let’s bask in the gifts of motherhood soften into rest and drink deeply from the well of love we so freely pour onto others. You are invited to receive restore and reconnect—with yourself and with a community of mothers who see you hold you and honor you because we never meant to walk this journey alone.

💗 Understanding Stress & Oxytocin – learn how to naturally de-stress and support deep rest through oxytocin-boosting practices

🌿 Breathwork – to ground and soften into presence

🧘🏽‍♀️ A Nourishing Yoga Practice – gentle movement to connect with your body and feminine energy

🌙 Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing guided rest practice to restore the nervous system

🌸 Tea Ceremony Reflections and Sharing – a moment to reflect and explore a new way of being and resting

• A Yoga Mat if you prefer your own (Yoga mats are available if you'd like to skip carrying one.)
• Shawl to keep yourself warm and anything else you need to be comfortable
• Journal and a Pen

Vibha is a dedicated women’s health practitioner passionate about helping women reconnect with their authentic selves heal their relationship with their bodies and embrace their feminine energy by tuning into the wisdom of the womb. With nearly a decade of personal healing she focuses on creating safe transformative spaces for emotional growth and vulnerability. Vibha is the founder of HealHerWay a company that empowers women through holistic wellness and workshops that blend intuitive practices yoga breathwork and rituals to help women cultivate mindfulness self-love and confidence.
