ROM Speaks: Shane Gross

Award-winning photographer, shark expert, and the Grand Title Winner of Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2024, Shane Gross, presents an illustrated lecture on his work as a marine conservation photojournalist. An Associate Fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers, Shane is a master storyteller whose words and images burst with wonder and life.

Bringing to light the hidden lives of sharks, this family-friendly program shares fresh perspectives, groundbreaking research, and the deeper look at the diversity of this ancient group of fishes.

Guests are invited to a post-program reception, as well as complimentary access to view the special exhibition, Sharks.
