My love for creating healing spaces started when I was working as a contemporary dance artist. I was beginning to delve into the healing modalities I now practice today and noticed the positive impact these practices had on my life was beyond anything I could have imagined. I realized I was able to find profound healing on a soul level.I currently work in the modalities of Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Sound, and Deep Transformational Coaching. My intention is to create experiences which allow my clients to tap into the more subtle layers of the self to create profound healing which enables others to connect deeply with their true essence. In the world we live in, we move far away from the core of ourselves and into fear, anxiety, stress, worry, etc. My mission is to help others discover that they do not need to continue living this way but instead uncover the expansive essence of their being.
