Confronting the Guardian of Transformation
A mythic, somatic journey to befriend your inner Dragon and step across the threshold of change.
🔥 Overview
In many stories, the dragon guards the treasure. In this workshop, that “dragon” is the part of you that protects your deepest gifts—your joy, power, creativity, and capacity to love. Rather than trying to slay it, you’ll be invited to meet it, listen to it, and gently cross the threshold it’s been guarding.
Through dragon-inspired breath and spinal movement, a guided cave + fire visualization, and playful rituals like the Pearl Practice and the Burning Coals exercise, you’ll explore how to turn life’s “irritants” and intense moments into fuel and wisdom.
We’ll work with simple somatic (body-aware) tools, imagination, and group play to help you move from feeling stuck or guarded into feeling more resourced, clear, and connected to your inner treasure.
Facing your Dragon isn’t about an external battle—it’s internal alchemy. Inspired by Jungian psychology, Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, and Eastern dragon traditions, this gentle but potent experience blends myth, psychology, and body-based practices into an embodied rite of passage, held in a supportive, choice-based space. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
In this This immersive workshop you’ll be invited to move through an inner hero’s journey—from awakening the body through dragon-inspired breath and movement, to entering a guided cave visualization where you meet the dragon guarding your treasure.
From there, we’ll shift into two playful, gameified rituals:
We’ll close with journaling, grounding, and a share circle so you can integrate what surfaced and leave with one small, doable action for your next step across the threshold.

Her mission is to ignite and awaken each person’s own power to feel, heal, and create from within, reminding them that the alchemy of change begins the moment they say yes to themselves and to life.
In order to accompany people, she creates spaces where it feels safe to meet what has been hidden—the emotions, memories, and body sensations waiting to be felt. Through gentle somatic practices, unique guided visualizations, and gamified exercises that work with the potent powers of imagination, breath, and movement, Saēna invites participants to alchemize this raw energy into fuel and wisdom, allowing it to release and reorganize so that clarity, ease, and vitality can naturally return.
Also, as a multidisciplinary artist, Saēna gives form to feeling through dance, sculpture, ceramics, painting, and performance—using art as a mirror for the human journey and as a medium for the soul’s expression.
Rooted in a background in psychology (BA), the arts, and intuitive energy work, she playfully weaves psychology, embodiment, creative expression, and spirituality into grounded, accessible practices—bridging the worlds of science and soul.
Whether in 1:1 sessions or immersive group workshops, she supports emotional release, authentic self-expression, reconnection to joy, and befriending all parts of the self.
