Participants will leave with a small edition of hand-printed etchings. This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys drawing with fine lines and building tone using cross-hatching.--About the Instructor: Danny Cardoso is an emerging printmaking artist based in Toronto who graduated in 2020 from OCAD University with a BFA. Their art practice focuses on constructing large-scale, print-based installations with visual narratives hidden in patterns. The use of patterning stems from a strong connection to Portuguese tile work (“Azulejos”) and the way its history resonates in their life.
