Toronto-based Duo Lila explores songs from the regional dance traditions of Southern and Western France. Expect tunes for dancing, sung loudly and unapologetically, with many wondrous instruments!

Balfolk Toronto is undeniably one of the most niche special interest communities in the history of humankind, but unfortunately for them, no scene is too small for a couple rulebreaking badboys like Boing Boing Zoom Zoom. Blending jaw harp, harmonica, and live beats, BBZZ pumps out non-stop hits that can barely be contained by the hype on the dance floor.

Boldly wielding the title of "Horsemen of the Balfolk Apocalypse", AJ Millions and J.D. Squilliams have transformed the exhausted, dust-covered music of traditional fiddle & accordion bands into a fresh, fashionable, and alternative new sound, their rebellious aesthetic redefining expectations for mainstream Balfolk music across the 6. 

The Owl's Club has a bar! Their card system can be unreliable, so come prepared with cash.

We will be having a potluck table so feel free to bring food or snacks.  If you intend to share something please have an index card or something with the ingredients on it to avoid allergy issues.  Avoid peanuts in general.
