In 2016 I received my diploma as a Biodanza facilitator from the International Biodanza Federation. Since then, I have been facilitating group Biodanza classes in Toronto to a diverse, multicultural, creative and wonderful people. I've also been deepening my practice through professional development with the Minotaur Project, Biodanza and Health, The Four Animals, Voice-Music and Percussion, Antonio Sarpe Program, The Art of Facilitation, Biodanza and Self Care, and Evolution Project. Curious about the Dance of Life? This class is for you! It is designed for anyone who would like to try Biodanza for the first time. For one hour and 30 minutes we will discover what Biodanza is all about. A movement practice that combines music, movement and connection with the intention of restoring our natural movement and awakening our human potential.
