We're hitting the road this summer! The HYROXCA Run Club Summer Series is popping up in different cities across the country to build community, spark momentum, and get sweaty together as we lead up to our biggest Canadian event yet — F45 HYROX Toronto this October.
Whether you're training for your first HYROX or looking to crush a new PB, join us for good vibes, group runs, and a growing crew of like-minded athletes. All paces welcome. Let’s run, connect, and build the hype together.

High Park - 5KM loop : Meeting point: High Park parking lot (M6S 5A3), off Parkside Dr and Spring Rd — look for the HYROX crew near the lot entrance.
