Hyrox Doubles Sim on Saturday December 13th in East York!

Get ready for the ultimate Hyrox prep event! Join us on December 13 at our brand new Resilience Fitness East York Location for a full Hyrox simulation hosted by Nikki Plante and the Resilience team. This is your chance to put your training to the test in a true race-day environment!

Whether you're training for your first race, chasing a podium, or just want to test your engine under true competition pressure… this is your day.
