Languages that are syllable-time include: Asian, Indian and many African languages as well as French and Spanish. This session will focus on: • Word Stress. Learn to break down words into syllables and identify the stressed syllable. • Sentence Stress. Learn how to identify which words receive the main stress in different types of sentences. • Some attendees will have an opportunity to try using correct Word and Sentence Stress with feedback.
