This workshop is designed to help you slow down, release tension, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed during the energy of the full moon.This experience is open to all levels and everyone is welcome - no previous yoga, meditation, or myofascial release experience is required. This workshop will have a focus on releasing tight muscles, and softening the fascia (connective tissue) of the body with yoga and myofascial release work using the cork massage ball.Everything will be prepared for you before you arrive. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and all props will be provided and thoughtfully set up, so all you need to do is show up, settle in, and enjoy the experience.Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with ease and fully relax. We also recommend bringing cozy socks and a sweater or light layer for the final resting portion of the workshop.Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortable and ease into the space.Please let your instructor know before class about any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or if you prefer not to receive hands-on assists.Come hydrated and, if possible, avoid eating a very heavy meal immediately before the workshop.Most importantly - come exactly as you are.
