Focaccia Workshop

Come take part in a focaccia-making workshop at one of Forno Cultura’s most intimate and welcoming spaces, the original studio where it all began.

This hands-on class is a celebration of the artisanal and traditional techniques that define Forno Cultura. You’ll learn to make three classic styles of Pugliese focaccia, engaging with the slow, sensory craft of dough-making and the culture behind it.

We’ll end the morning by gathering to enjoy the focaccia fresh from the oven, paired with a glass of good wine, celebrating community, craftsmanship, and the joy of honest food.

Whether you’re new to baking or simply want to reconnect with the process, this workshop is all about learning by doing, and sharing the simple pleasure of good bread.
