From there, we will embark on a leisurely 5 km walk along the river.After our stroll, we will gather together in King's Mill park for a somatic practice and meditation led by Lexi. Following this, we will do some mindful crafting! Snacks and beverages will be provided by chef Liam.Chairs, meditation cushions and craft supplies all provided by Fernway Wellness. Please bring your own water bottle and layers for cool weather! We will be seated for some time so be ready to get cozy with toque, scarf, blanket etc. The hike is a loop and we will end within a short distance from the parking lot. This event is free / by donation as it is a celebration of our launch! Please note that though it is free, we kindly ask that you not register unless you plan to attend. There are limited spots available (due to provided seating and snacks). Please bring cash if you feel called to donate towards the launch of our new small business, however it is not a requirement.ACCESSIBILITY INFO-This event involves ~6km along paved trails, including stairs.
