You'll leave with your very own medium-sized wreath to take home, as well as basic skills to use again and again. We'll also talk about tree identification and foraging, and a little lore about wreaths.All materials are provided, and everything we will use—from the wreath forms themselves, to the evergreens and dried accents—are organic (non-certified) and sustainably harvested from our farm and woodlot in Caledon, ON, just 50km from Toronto. No experience is required! Complementing our CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) share program and presence at local farmers’ markets, we supply sustainably harvested seasonal foliage and floral material to floral designers. Instructor: Elena Potter works at Mount Wolfe Farm managing the Branch Supply project, working as part of the field crew, and is also a floral designer.
