Learn to cookie decorate like a pro from pastrie chef and artist Petra Bockus

Full tutorial of techniques to create fancy, beautifully decorated cookies worthy of gift-giving. How to apply perfect icing and pipe intricate designs. I will supply baked cookies. Mixing the icing, colouring it and putting it in tiny piping bags will be done beforehand with additional demos throughout.
