All teas will be served with ceramic teawares by Satoshi Yoshikawa and wagashi from Atelier WA by Kumi.Woojeon green tea comes from the volcanic subtropical island of Jeju, off the southern coast of South Korea, noted for its fertile soil and beautiful nature, and known as the land of stone, women, and wind. The tea leaves are harvested around 200m above sea level, in April before the first rainfall.Yushan Oolong comes from the Yushan mountain area in Nantou County, central Taiwan. The super high mountain tea leaves are harvested around 2000m above sea level.The ceremonial Matcha comes from Uji, Kyoto in Japan. The green tea is harvested around 100m above sea level in the springtime, dried and stone ground.
