Col. Sam Smith Conservation Area

Bird Watching event at one of Toronto's best birding locations.

A group chat will be set up to participants to provide information on what to bring as well as what we might expect to find.

Col Sam Smith Conservation Area is abgreat place to enjoy some of Toronto's hardy birds. This location is notorious for finding rare birds. It is also a very reliable location to observe winter waterfowl in the thousands.

Washrooms are available at this location.

Participants should dress warmly as cold winds off of Lake Ontario should be expected
