# Event Details - **Event Name**: Clay and Sculpture Kids Camp - **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 20 Jul, 2026 at 09:30 am – Fri, 24 Jul, 2026 at 03:30 pm - **Event Description**: Campers will learn hand-building techniques while sculpting, glazing, and finishing their own clay pieces.About this EventCampers will learn various hand building techniques that they can then apply to their own unique clay projects. All of the camper’s clay pieces will be glazed at the end of the week for a polished end result. We will also be exploring mixed media sculpture with campers preparing a large piece, naming and “showing” it in a peer exhibit on our final day. Get away from the screens this summer and explore different drawing, painting and three dimensional activities. There will be lots of opportunity for creative and tactile thinking as well as outdoor time in Eglinton Park.Please dress for mess, bring a nut-free snack, and water bottle.For full day campers, a nut-free lunch and two snacks.Ages 4 to 11 years.Daily Schedule:9:30-9:45 — Morning attendance, Sketchbook time9:45-10:30 — Art10:30-10:45 — Snack break10:45-12:00 — ArtHome time for morning campers12:00-1:00 — Lunch hour and free play1:00-1:15 — Attendance, sketchbook time1:15-2:15 — Art2:15-2:30 — Snack break2:30-3:30 — ArtHome time for full day and afternoon campersPro-rates and before/after care may be available.
