Authentic Movement SOLO: a Resourcing Practice
You're warmly invited to an evening introduction to Authentic Movement SOLO — an innovative practice that helps you:
✨ find inner resources in almost any situation,
✨ restore balance and well-being,
✨ activate creativity and imagination,
✨ recognize and choose your own strategies,
✨ and gently rebuild and heal relationships.
SOLO is a mindful movement and awareness practice that reconnects you with the inner resources of your body, psyche, and life.
It’s a somatic and relational approach that nurtures sensitivity — to yourself, to others, and to the world.
📍 Where: We practice outdoors in Kew Gardens, located in The Beaches neighborhood of Toronto — a serene green space just steps from the lake, where trees meet open sky.
🕖 When: Tuesday at 7:00 PM We invite you to stay for up to 3 hours — for a full evening of embodied presence, movement, and shared nourishment.

👤 Facilitator: Olesya Bondareva — creator of the method, facilitator, artist, and researcher
🌿 What to Expect
- meet and greet, please come between 6:30-6:45
- we will discuss the method, the process and provide an instructions
— a guided SOLO session (eyes-closed, mindful movement)
— witnessing and shared presence
— a conversation afterwards with an opportunity to ask questions what you feel comfortable to share
— and simply a good evening with like-hearted people
🎒 What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing for movement and the outdoors
• A blanket or mat for sitting or lying down
• Water
• Something nourishing to share and enjoy — a simple picnic snack or light meal
✨ DM me if you’re planning to come — it helps us organize better.
Open to all, no prior experience needed.
Plan for 2–3 hours. If you need to leave early, that’s okay — we’ll end with a group conversation.
