The orchestra was founded and directed by doctoral student Lorenzo Guggenheim. From the beginning it has been a full-size symphonic orchestra that performs works of the large orchestral repertoire once per semester. We believe in creating interdisciplinary collaboration and interdepartmental connections across campus as part of the academic experience and generating a broader sense of community. We have performed several concerts at MacMillan Theatre, Metromolitan United Church and also during the summer at the Royal Ontario Museum for thousands of attendees. www.facebook.com/UofTCPO*** The suggested donation helps us fund the orchestra.
