I MONDO GENERATOR (US) nascono nel 1997 per volere di Nick Oliveri, dopo la sua militanza nei Kyuss e, successivamente, nei Queens Of The Stone Age. Oliveri, in qualità di voce e bassista, dà vita ad un suono legato alle sue band di origine, aggiungendo molti elementi punk-hardcore. Inizialmente concepitI come progetto solista di Oliveri, i Mondo Generator si sono evoluti in una band a tutti gli effetti, navigando attraverso i territori Stoner/Psych fino ai suoni Heavy Psychedelic Progressive. La loro discografia include album acclamati come “A Drug Problem That Never Existed” e “Shooter's Bible”. Dopo una pausa durante la quale la band Kyuss si è riunita, i Mondo Generator sono tornati con una nuova formazione, l'album “Fuck It” e una campagna di riedizione attraverso la Heavy Psych Sounds, assicurandosi un forte ritorno sulla scena musicale.
