Sound Bath Meditation

This is your invitation to ground, slow down and allow the gentle vibrations of the Crystal singing bowls to bring your internal rhythms back into flowing alignment.

These sounds and vibrations work in perfect harmony with the peaceful environment of our showroom - and our amazingly comfortable mattresses - to create a truly relaxing experience.

Ticket Categories

Guests are welcome to share a king size bed between two, book an entire king size bed or small double bed for themselves (both £20.00), or opt for a single camping mat (£15.00).

The Venue

The sound bath will take place at our Topsham showroom.

Our showroom is an area where you can try out our range of mattresses, toppers and beds within a calm, secluded space, with sounds & scents offering a multi-sensory sleep experience.

During the event Isobel will transform our space into a zen den to faclilitate your relaxation journey.
