🧘🏽🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️Yin Yoga / Sound Healing 🎶🎶

A special event crafted by two friends wanting to encourage your wellness experience to flourish with each of our healing modalities combined. Come enjoy a gentle guided yin yoga practice with Nancy's soothing voice accompanied by Lisa's majestic sound instruments. Allow the vibrations of the instruments transport you on your own personal path of healing your body, body and spirit during our time together.

Please bring anything that will aid in your comfort - yoga mats, firm sofa pillows and blankets. Bring your crystals for an energetic charge.


Prepaid admission reserves your spot.

To maintain a calm, clean and supportive healing environment, we ask that you arrive free of synthetic fragrances and heavily scented products, including cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to deny attending the session, as this disturbs the sacred space we have created for all participating. Your payment will be honored as booked and the event fee will be applied, non-refundable.Thank you for helping us create a space that feels safe, balanced and restorative for everyone.


Nancy Sotis is a long time special educator , who utilized movement & music in the public schools to help create a sense of calm & balance with those she worked with.  Now, partially retired, she is working with student teachers at the college level.  
Nancy is a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, 
& also brings her training in Yoga Nidra, 
Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed & Resilience Practices, and Reiki 3 to her practice.  
She enjoys creating wellness experiences for others creating a calm & safe environment so participants can be at ease & benefit from the experience as much as possible .  Nancy enjoys combining  modalities such as movement , music, nature, Reiki,  breath & mantra work etc…in these wellness experiences so participants can relax, let go, & bring a balance of body, mind & spirit to their lives. She utilizes these practices herself for her own wellness, & thoroughly enjoys sharing them with others. 


As a child, Lisa Kawski's parents introduced her to opera and live performances of various musical genres.
Lisa began studying classical piano at age 7 and continued through college. She participated in college level courses studying the history of music, anthology and music appreciation. She was involved in the school choirs in middle school. At age 13 she studied for her Bat Mitzvah tutored by her Rabbi and Cantor. Through her studies, she discovered the beauty and rhythm of chanting in a foreign language and the spiritual essence of Judaism. In later years, at the onset of attending kirtans, the fond memories she had of spiritual chanting would return to her.
Then, when she was asked to play a quartz crystal bowl at a friend’s gathering, Lisa experienced a shift in consciousness that changed everything.
As she stroked the bowl, she felt the vibrations of the sound go through her entire body. She looked around to see if anyone else felt what she had – she instantly knew this was the instrument for her to share her “voice” – and that through singing bowls she would create her business.
