Dinner:
- TBT will provide hot dogs and hamburgers, including buns and condiments
- TBT will provide water/pop/sports drinks
- TBT will provide cutlery/plates/napkins
- We have lots of individual chip bags and tortilla chips leftover from the tournament.
The rest will be potluck! Bring your favorite dish/side/dessert. There is a fridge available for cold side dishes.
Itinerary:
- 1pm-3pm Encourage the team to find some activities to do together in and around the park. We will set up bean bag toss and ladder toss at the shelter house. Feel free to bring additional games, footballs, etc.
- 3pm - Start Setup (food tables, 8th grade boards and coolers)
- 3:30pm - Start cooking hot dogs and hamburgers
- 4:30pm - Start Dinner
- 5:15pm - Awards
- Cleanup to follow after awards.
8th Grade Boards:
We encourage the 8th graders being promoted into to high school to bring a board (senior board style) displaying their time in youth wrestling. There will be a table(s) dedicated to the 8th grade boards.
Volunteers Needed:
- Bring a grill + grilling utensils
- Cook hot dogs and hamburgers
- Bring large coolers (3)
- Pick up ice to fill coolers

If you are not competing in the summer, PLEASE turn in your singlet at the banquet OR THE SOONER THE BETTER DURING PRACTICE.
