This two-day Game Changer Intensive is designed to help people understand and deal with strongholds from a biblical, practical, and pastoral perspective.

A stronghold is not just a “bad habit.”
It can be a deeply established pattern of thinking, feeling, reacting, believing, and behaving that keeps a person bound, stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to move forward.

Over this intensive, Mark Johnston will be tackling real issues such as:

? Mental strongholds

Repeated thought patterns, fear-based thinking, anxious loops, confusion, overthinking, obsessive thoughts, and mindsets that feel hard to break.

? Feeling states and emotional battles

Shame, fear, guilt, rejection, anger, grief, heaviness, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the inner states that often control how people respond to life.

?️ Past issues and unresolved pain

Trauma, disappointment, abandonment, betrayal, rejection, grief, and experiences that have shaped how a person sees God, themselves, and others.

⚔️ Mental and emotional struggles

We will look carefully and compassionately at how mental and emotional issues can be connected to deeper roots, belief systems, pain, fear, and internal strongholds — without shame, condemnation, or religious clichés.

? Scriptural insight and biblical wisdom
This intensive will not just be motivational teaching. It will bring wisdom from the Bible, scriptural insight, spiritual understanding, and practical teaching to help people recognise what is operating beneath the surface.

The goal is to help people see what is really going on, understand the roots beneath the struggle, and begin walking in truth, healing, wisdom, and freedom.

This is not about throwing Bible verses at deep issues without understanding them.

This is about facing what has been hidden, naming what has been controlling you, and allowing the truth of God’s Word to bring wisdom, clarity, and freedom.
