From here, you’ll be guided into a powerful inner journey.

You’ll enter the ancient waters of this land — a space where crystal energy and ocean frequencies exist in natural harmony.

As you settle into the water, you’ll connect with a pod of dolphins — playful, intuitive, and deeply attuned to healing energy.

In this space, you may experience:

✨ A sense of emotional release and softening
✨ Gentle, heart-opening dolphin energy
✨ A feeling of connection, lightness, and calm

Then, the journey continues…

You’ll be guided beyond the ocean and into expansive space — where your energy can gently extend beyond the body into a place of deep stillness and quiet.

This session blends breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and expansion — creating a powerful yet grounded experience.

Participants will be invited to choose a crystal to hold during the journey, and gentle Reiki energy will be shared throughout to support integration.

Soft sound healing elements will also be used to settle and complete the experience.

No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is necessary.

You will be gently guided every step of the way.
