Mayor Winn has guided Tooele City through years of growth, challenges, and success. Under her leadership, the City achieved financial stability, strengthened public safety, modernized infrastructure, and enhanced parks, recreation, and community spaces. Her commitment to transparency, teamwork, and service has left an enduring mark on our community.
A lifelong resident of Tooele, Mayor Winn has devoted much of her life to serving this community both professionally and personally. Her integrity, accessibility, and compassion have inspired countless residents and City employees to serve with heart.
This is an open house, so stop by anytime between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. to share your well wishes, memories, and gratitude for her years of service. We look forward to seeing you there as we honor Mayor Winn’s incredible contributions to Tooele City!
