- **Event Description**: Do you love our gourmet bagels and want to learn how to make them at home? Join us for a Bagel Making Class on Saturday, February 28 at 10 AM. Follow along as Chef Carson Barger demonstrates the full bagel-making process – from mixing and proofing the dough to rolling, shaping, boiling, and baking. Guests will have the opportunity to roll out and shape their own dough during this 45-minute, demonstration-style class. You’ll leave with a printed recipe packet and a hot, freshly baked wild berry bagel to enjoy.

The class will be held at our boutique campground, located at 818 N 2219 Rd, Tonica, IL 61370. We invite you to arrive early or stay after class to enjoy a latte, cappuccino, or other specialty drinks from our Café. These pair perfectly with our gourmet bagels! Plain, untoasted bagels are also available for pre-order when purchasing your ticket below.
