Life asks so much of us. Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant noise of everyday life, we rarely give ourselves permission to simply slow down.

Sound & Soul Yoga is your invitation to do just that.

Join me for a nourishing hour of gentle movement, mindful breath, Reiki-infused sound healing, and deep rest. Together we'll release tension held in the body, calm the nervous system, and create space to reconnect with ourselves.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, this class welcomes every body. Come exactly as you are.

You'll leave feeling more grounded, centered, and restored.

What to Expect
• Gentle yoga & mindful stretching
• Breathwork
• Reiki-infused crystal singing bowl sound healing
• Guided relaxation
• A welcoming, supportive community

? Offered every other Thursday

Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket, bolster, or eye pillow if you'd like extra comfort during relaxation.
