This wonderful class will cover: 

Cutting and layering a 6" chocolate sponge cake
Filling a sponge cake
Preparing a crumb coat on your cake with chocolate ganache
Learning how to create textured sugarpaste using embossers
Learning how to apply sugarpaste to a cake neatly
Covering the top of your cake with sugarpaste and edible snow effects
Creating your own edible models of Santas legs and feet
Covering a cake board and applying a snow effect
Creating Lettering and applying it to your board

All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.

This is great class will teach you about ganache, cake wrapping, embossing and modelling - and will leave you confident of creating similar styles in the future.
