Christmas Bento Cake and Cupcakes Class

A wonderful short course to introduce you to the joy of mini Bento style cakes!

What we will cover:

How to stack / cover a mini sponge cake
The perfect buttercream recipe for lovely smooth piping and decorating.
How to use buttercream to cover your cake smoothly
How to work with buttercream to pipe different styles and techniques using three different piping nozzles.
Using embossers and cutters for personalisation
You'll take home a beautiful box featuring a delightful themed bento cake cake five matching cupcakes in your own chosen colour scheme.

All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
