Yet beneath all of that imagery, our subconscious mind may be communicating with us in ways we do not always recognize while we are awake. Dreams can bring our attention to emotions, relationships, fears, desires, conflicts, memories, and experiences that may be asking to be understood.In this interactive two-hour Zoom workshop, we will learn practical techniques for remembering, exploring, and analyzing our own dreams.One of the most important tools in dream analysis is not a dream dictionary or a list of predetermined meanings.
