La Santa Muerte (with Kami co-celebrating)

Considered a syncretization of Mictlancihuatl the skeletal Aztec goddess of death, Nuestra Señora de la Santa Muerte is venerated as a generous, non-judgemental spirit who grants all manner of requests specifically because no matter what it is that you gain in life, death remains the great equalizer of everyone. Her scythe is a tool of destruction and harvest and her globe depicts the nature of her domain. Depending on the colors of her robes determines the specialty of the spirit.

Offerings: tequila, flowers, chocolates, candies, cigarettes, and glasses or bottles of water, rice, beans, chicken, pork
