Do you ever leave a room feeling heavy, drained, or emotionally overwhelmed after being around certain people or places? In this experiential class with Adrijana Ristic of Golden Spiral Vitality, LLC, presented in collaboration with Spiritually Rooted, you’ll learn practical, intuitive, and spiritual tools to recognize, clear, and protect your personal energy field so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
We’ll explore how energy flows through the body and the spaces you occupy, practice grounding and centering techniques to restore balance, and build simple yet powerful energetic boundaries and shields that fit your day-to-day life. Through guided exercises you’ll learn to cleanse your own energy and environments using sacred tools, integrate crystal, sound, light, and intention work, and call on High-Level Energetic Beings and ritual practices when appropriate.
This hands-on session combines teaching, guided practice, and group work to help you develop a sustainable energetic hygiene routine—so you can step into your full light, protect your energy naturally, and feel safer and more sovereign in your relationships and surroundings.
