No Musical Experience needed! This is a fun way to meet like minded people, release some stress and learn something new! Drumming is fun and everyone can do it! Love donation option at the Door. Drums are provided or bring your own.
The Emotional & Mental Benefits of a Drum Circle include an emotional release, a mood boost, also grounding & mindfulness. We will connect socially without any pressure of performance. Cognitive & Physical Benefits include improved focus and coordination, engaging both sides of the brain, Other benefits include enhanced memory and listening skills as well as light physical exercise (especially arms, shoulders, and core)
Ken has facilitated over 400 drum circles all over WNY. He is an At-Large Board Member of the International Drum Circle Facilitators Guild. He has trained with some of the leading Drum Circle Facilitators in the country including Arthur Hull, Jim Boneau, Frank Thompson, John Yost and Jeni Swerdlow.
