We offering this special class BY DONATION, so please join us on Thanksgiving morning where we will move, breathe and meditate in honor of that which we are most thankful. 

This practice will include asana-s to help stimulate digestion and bring ease to the body,  pranayama (breath practices) to bring calm and balance to the mind and meditation to connect with that place of gratitude that is within us all.

Appropriate for all levels. No Yoga experience necessary.
