The Community Cultural Center in Tonasket, WA and Laura at Chiliwist & Raw are partnering to bring you a Sourdough For Beginners Sip & Bake event. Laura, owner of Chiliwist Bakes, a WSDA certified commercial sourdough bakery and instructor at Chiliwist & Raw, will teach you all you need to know to bake an artisan sourdough boule from start to finish. You will gain the knowledge and skills on how to mix and strengthen your dough, bulk fermentation, proofing, scoring and baking as well as how to maintain a sourdough starter! 

Attendees will take home their very own starter PLUS the dough that they mix and the pre-fermented boule that is ready to bake.

You'll be able to learn how to bake sourdough with confidence and ask all the questions you've been burning to ask when it comes to sourdough!

Come have a fun and educational evening with us while we sip refreshments, enjoy gut-friendly sourdough and snacks, and learn a useful (and fun!) skill that your health and tastebuds will benefit from.

Tickets are $85 each and are non-refundable. Invoices will NOT be sent out until we have reached a minimum number of registered students. Please see more details on registration the google form found under "tickets".

You will need to first fill out a google form and will be emailed an invoice to purchase tickets when the minimum number of registrants have been reached. Tickets are only reserved once invoice is paid and are on a first come, first served basis. 

Please note: tickets are non-refundable, but can be gifted. If you’d like to gift a ticket, please contact us with the name of the person you’d like to gift to. Tickets are NOT allowed to be resold. Please contact us if you see another trying to sell tickets.
