The Heart of Sound: A Meditative Experience

A special donation-based community event supporting The Nook Food Pantry!

Two of our favorite guest instructors are coming together to guide you through a deeply nourishing experience: a powerful fusion of bija mantras, restorative poses, crystal bowls, and intuitive violin.

Together, we’ll create a shared field of resonance that softens the body, clears energetic pathways, and uplifts collective wellbeing. Come rest, receive, and reconnect during this busy season.

Admission is donation-based (2–3 food items suggested). All donations support The Nook, which provides quality food and vital nutrition to families and individuals experiencing food insecurity across Ocean County.
