Self-Love and Inner Connection Workshop

What does self-love actually look like for you?
When was the last time you checked in with yourself — without judgment, expectation, or pressure?

In this self-love and inner connection workshop, you’ll be guided through intentional practices that support awareness, reflection, and embodied connection, creating space to explore your relationship with yourself in a grounded and meaningful way.

What might become available when you listen inward, move with intention, and meet yourself with compassion?

Participants will have the option to purchase a specially designed journal created by Rosemarie Wilde, which will be used during the experience and can continue to support personal reflection beyond the workshop.

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are.
